Unfortunately long startup times and a messy clean up processes have caused people to settle for gas fueled barbecues simply for convenience. The Diamond Charcoal Island Grille levels the playing field with a grill that utilizes the great tastes of charcoal cooking with the ease of use previously only found in a gas grill. Use the blower to ignite the charcoal then place the baskets on the other side of the grill to begin cooking. Afterward, use the grill like a sink and bring the hose. Starting the Coals The baskets are filled with charcoal briquettes and placed on top of the heating element. The start button is pressed and the heating elements activate.
Preparing to Grill Once the blower automatically shuts off you can use the specially designed tool to move the baskets into different cooking positions for different styles of cooking.
Cleaning Up After you're done cooking, remove the cast iron grills and fill the grill with soap and water. Wash the inside components just like you would the dishes.
