Minimal Charcoal Usage

Cooking grids, bands, hinges, springs, air dampers, and hardware are all constructed of heavy duty stainless steel for longevity.
Easier Built-In Installation
The Saffire Grill may be installed in a masonry grill island so the cooking area is conveniently close to the counter top height, unlike other Kamados which usually have to be elevated 2-3 inches to allow for the downward facing hinge.
